MEN'S SOCIAL EVENING AT BETHESDA CHAPEL

The World Cup is coming and will no doubt be a source of much discussion during June & July.

On Friday 18th June England play Algeria in the second of their group matches. We are having a men's football evening with the guys at Bethesda Chapel.

The evening starts at 6pm with a BBQ, followed by some multimedia football related games (nothing to strenuous) before kick off at 7:30pm.

The game will be shown live on the big screen at Bethesda Chapel's sports hall.

Please let Steve Davies know if you can come along so that we can give Bethesda numbers.

Why not invite a friend to come along as well (but remember no women in false beards).

ROOM FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE ON THE VAN.

Matthew Churchill finds room on the van for one more item destined for the Sully tip.

After breakfast at Bethesda Chapel last Saturday (8th May) a group from DPBC were able to help Jenny Cooper to clear out unwanted stuff from her garden shed and take it down to the tip.

Galatians 6:10 "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers".

MEN'S BREAKFAST AT BETHESDA CHAPEL

Saturday morning (8th May) Men from DPBC and Bethesda chapel came together for breakfast. Afterwards they heard from Dr Monty White who gave a scientist's perspective on "Creation & Evolution"

Plans are being made for a men's evening during the Football World Cup matches in June, possibly England's opening game against U.S.A. on Friday 12th June. Watch this blog for more information.
